This innovative terracotta style planter has been designed to help you to produce exceptional crops of delicious vegetables as easily as possible and is also perfect for herbs, salads and summer flower displays.
With this trough, your plants will literally look after themselves. It features a large 7.4 litre water reservoir that will keep your plants watered for up to 14 days, allowing plants to drink water as and when they need it, perfect for when you're away on holiday, and you can't over water because of the clever overflow system. There's even a watering point allowing you to fill the reservoir from the bottom, so the water goes just where it's needed.
It also incorporates a unique support system for your canes, particularly useful when growing vegetables and other tall plants. Simply slot one of the green plastic-coated metal canes supplied into each of the three holes in the base of the trough. Each cane is 65 cm (26 in) long and as your plants grow, they can be lengthened by joining extra canes onto them using the connectors provided, so no more wobbling canes in growbags!
With a capacity of 41 litres of compost to ensure your plants have space to produce a robust root system, they'll be kept healthy and will grow to their full potential.
Made from frost resistant, UV stable plastic, 63.5 cm (2 ft) long, 34 cm (13½ in) wide and 33 cm (13 in) high, weighing 2.5 kg with a capacity of 41 litres. Complete with 6 x 65 cm (26 in) green plastic-coated metal canes and 3 x cane connectors.
