Description
Lavatera, also known as 'tree mallow', is a must-have for every garden!
Large, shrubby perennials, their impressive, hollyhock-like flower spikes stand up to 2 metres tall and will burst into an abundance of colour all summer long.
'Rosea' is one of the prettiest Lavatera, with large, rose-pink blooms - perfect for creating a Mediterranean or tropical mood in your garden and for contrasting with leafy perennials. This large, versatile plant is equally happy in a cottage garden scheme.
Ideal for hot, sunny spots, they are great plants for climbing up walls and trellises. You can also prune them to grow in pots on the patio. Incredibly vigorous, these are some of the easiest plants to grow and are perfect for beginners.
Supplied as an established plant in a 9cm pot, Lavatera 'Rosea' will bloom from June to September, reaching an approximate height of 200cm.
