A really toughy, this new series of Veronica, or Perennial Speedwell, has even more flower power, with more flower spikes and longer spikes in it’s Summer displays. Disease resistant too, these compact little gems are a great addiiton to pots or borders. In Summer, they produce masses of tall, thin spires of beautifully coloured flowers – you get 2 plants each of violet, blue and red (more purple red really) – all retaining lovely contrasting green tinges as the spires open form bototm to top. Spike after spike emerges, and then dies back underground to emerge bigger and better next year. Ideal in smaller pots, or dotted in mixed border, say hello to bees, butterflies and magical Summer spires of colour.
